My career path has evolved naturally from my lifelong inquisitive nature, specifically from my passion for mathematics and problem solving. Throughout my life I have always been a problem solver and love to find the best way to make things work most effectively and efficiently.
Originally, my interests led me to California State University at Chico, in the direction of computer science. Through my studies there, I honed in on my love for economics–past, present, and future. Within that field I could satisfy my thirst for mathematics as well as economic theory. After graduating with a degree in economics along with a minor in business, I began working with UBS, a leading financial services company in the securities industry. From there a reunion at a wedding with one of my best friends and now business partner, Rusty Mendoza, led me to Roseville in 2004, where my career in the mortgage industry began.
My role with the company encompasses many different aspects, all of which are focused on creating the best possible process and solutions for our clients and partners. This includes advising and consulting with clients, developing affiliate partnerships in the industry and engaging in community projects and charities.
I am a husband to a beautiful wife, Kerri, and the father of two beautiful children. Our daughter, Camille, is 9 years old and started the fourth grade this year. Our son, Cameron, just turned 5, loves his cars, and is exploring every aspect of his world. We love to spend our free time together and enjoy activities such as swimming, going to the beach, shopping, and having family dinners.
Personally, I am committed to working out daily and love to run. I also enjoy music, playing guitar, like reading, and enjoy focusing on personal growth.
My passion is seeing people satisfied and happy with the service I deliver. This drives me to focus on formulating the best possible options for our clients, taking into account their short and long-term goals as well as the economic factors that may have an impact on their future.
