My choice of a career in the real estate industry was one that doesn’t surprise me when I consider my family history and the mentors that I have had in my life. My father is a custom home builder on the North Shore of Oahu. My mother has practiced real estate and property management. My mentor and uncle, Kurt Reisig, is the CEO and co-founder of American Pacific Mortgage. My first taste of the mortgage industry was working for my uncle as his assistant while attending college. I love the ability to help people achieve the goal of responsible home ownership. The fact that every loan is unique makes every day exciting. My goal with each client is to truly understand their goals and plans for the future so we can work toward achieving them as a team. I pride myself on the close relationship I have developed with my clients over the years.
Today, in addition to serving my clients and real estate agents, I act as the Branch Manager for Innerwork Mortgage. I enjoy working with our loan officers helping them reach their production goals while being a resource for daily challenges. I also make sure that our in house processing unit is functioning smoothly and our loan officers are getting the support they need.
Outside of work I spend my time with my wife Vicki and daughter Grace. We love all sports and I have trained in martial arts for years. Grace has recently joined me for classes and has a real passion for martial arts as well. We spend many of our days outdoors, camping, snowboarding and fishing. I hope to continue Grace’s education on the slopes and in the dojo for years to come!
